Quebec Petroleum Resources Limited (Quebec). • Quebec is a Vadodara-based company engaged in Lubricants Manufacturing & Petroleum Products Distribution. • The company has been operating in the Indian market for over twenty years. • The share purchase agreement was executed on Tuesday, June 23, 2026. • The transaction is being undertaken on an arm's length basis. • Mr. Aniruddh Gandhi, a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director, is a related party.
