• Board of Directors appointed Shri Charan Singh (DIN - 09238002) as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director. • The appointment is effective from June 23, 2026, for a tenure of 5 years, subject to shareholder approval. • Shri Charan Singh has a background in banking and served in top management roles at UCO Bank and Bank of India. • He also has experience with NCLT and as a member of an External Rating Committee. • The Board also approved the reconstitution of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee. • A revised notice for the 38th Annual General Meeting will be issued following this appointment.
