IRCON : WINS RS 763.1 CR ORDER

• IRCON International Limited (JV Partner-2 with 26% Share) awarded works contract by Tripura State Electricity Corporation Limited (TSECL) • The contract is for Design, Engineering, Manufacture, Supply, Delivery, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of Under Ground Power Cable Network (HT & LT), Smart Grid Applications (SCADA, ADMS, OMS, GIS), OFC Communication System, Integration with third party IT applications, and establishment of Smart Grid Control Centre (Main & Backup) in Agartala Municipality Area, Tripura (Package-A) of Agartala Smart Grid. • The contract value is ₹763.10 Cr (Including GST @ 18%), with IRCON's share being ₹198.41 Cr. • The contract is to be executed within 24 Months. • The order has been awarded by a domestic entity. • IRCON is in Joint Venture with M/s Badri Rai & Company (Lead Partner/JV Partner-1) in the ratio of 26:74.
