• Zydus Wellness International DMCC, UAE (ZWID), a wholly owned subsidiary, incorporated Zydus Wellness (EU) Limited (ZWEL) in Ireland. • Certificate of Incorporation received on June 23, 2026. • ZWEL's share capital is €100 divided into 100 ordinary shares of €1 each. • ZWEL's turnover is Nil as it is yet to commence operations. • The incorporation is considered a business expansion and not a related party transaction as ZWEL is a newly incorporated company. • ZWID holds 100% share capital of ZWEL.
