BANSAL WIRE INDUSTRIES LIMITED : PROPOSED SALE OF EQUITY SHARES

• Mrinaal Mittal, a member of the Promoter Group, intends to sell equity shares in the open market. • The sale is to achieve minimum public shareholding for the Company. • Up to 2.99% of the total paid-up equity share capital, aggregating to 46,82,916 equity shares, will be divested. • The divestment period is from June 25, 2026, to August 31, 2026. • The aggregate promoter and promoter group shareholding as on June 24, 2026, is 77.99% of the total paid-up equity share capital. • An undertaking has been received from Promoters and Promoter Group members not to buy equity shares on the dates of the proposed sale.
