RDB INFRASTRUCTURE AND POWER LIMITED : ACQUIRES PARTNERSHIP INTEREST IN ARANKAM GREEN ENERGY SOLUTION FOR RS 90 LAKH

• The company has entered into a Partnership Interest Acquisition Agreement for 100% partnership interest in M/s Arankam Green Energy Solution. • The total consideration for the acquisition is Rs. 90,00,000/- (Rupees Ninety Lakhs only). • Arankam Green Energy Solution is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) established for the development of a 6.3 MW solar power project. • The acquisition is for a renewable energy project awarded under a Power Purchase Agreement with Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited. • The transaction is subject to customary closing actions and amendment/restatement of the partnership deed. • The acquisition did not fall within related party transactions at the time of execution of the documents.
