• Medi Assist has approved the acquisition of 31.75% shares of Mayfair We Care Limited, UK, a subsidiary, for GBP 589,270 (~₹6.18 Cr converted from INR 589,270 * 85.58 as of remittance date). • Upon completion, the company's shareholding in Mayfair will increase from 60% to 91.75%. • Mr. Nikhil Chopra to be appointed CEO-designate of Mayfair. • The transaction is at arm's length and aligns with the company's long-term vision of delivering seamless, cross-border health administration. • Indicative timeline for completion is end of Q2 FY26-27.
