TORRENT POWER : ISSUES NON-CONVERTIBLE DEBENTURES WORTH RS 3,800 CR

• Company issued 3,80,000 NCDs of ₹1 Lakh each, aggregating to ₹3,800 Crore on private placement basis. • The NCDs will be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market Segment of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. • The coupon rates range from 8.10% to 8.20% p.a. depending on the tranche. • Debentures are secured by a first pari passu charge on all present and future movable and immovable assets of the company.
