ASTERDM HEALTHCARE : RECEIPT OF CERTIFIED TRUE COPY OF NCLT ORDER

• Company received the certified true copy of the order passed by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Hyderabad Bench, approving the Scheme of Amalgamation. • The NCLT order was received on 23 June 2026. • A copy of the order is available on the Company's website at www.asterdmhealthcare.in. • The Scheme shall become effective upon filing the certified copy of the order with the Registrar of Companies and satisfaction of other conditionalities. • Upon the Scheme becoming effective, QCIL shall stand dissolved without winding up. • The Company will intimate the Effective Date to the Stock Exchanges in due course.
