• India Ratings and Research assigned credit rating to bank loan facilities worth ₹2,300 Cr. • Facilities rated IND AAA/Stable for long-term and IND A1+ for short-term. • These facilities were originally with erstwhile subsidiary AP Polymers and transferred to Asian Paints upon amalgamation. • India Ratings had previously assigned the same rating to the facilities in the name of AP Polymers. Impact: Neutral (Standard credit rating update following amalgamation)
