• Western Railway has issued a Letter of Acceptance worth Rs. 6.28 crores. • The work relates to the provision of Nylon Net, Anti monkey Climbing Device, and anti-bird disc over. • The order(s)/contract(s) are to be executed within 12 months from the date of issue of the Letter of Acceptance. • The consideration or size of the order(s)/contract(s) is Rs. 6.28 crores (including taxes). • Neither the promoter, promoter group, nor group companies have any interest in the entity that awarded the order(s)/contract(s). • The order(s)/contract(s) would not fall within related party transactions.
