MUTHOOT CAPITAL : SALE OF STRESSED LOAN PORTFOLIO WORTH UP TO RS 96 CRORES

• Company has received a binding bid from an Asset Reconstruction Company for the transfer of stressed loan portfolio (Financial Assets). • The bid amounts up to ₹96 Crores for the stressed loan portfolio with a Principal Outstanding of up to ₹209.10 Crores. • The company will follow Swiss Challenge Method for further bidding. • A final decision on the sale of assets will be taken as per extant guidelines and company policy.
