REFEX INDUSTRIES : NCLT CHENNAI BENCH ORDERS CONVENING OF MEETINGS OF CREDITORS AND SHAREHOLDERS

• National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Chennai Bench, has ordered the convening of meetings of Secured and Unsecured Creditors of RGML and Secured and Unsecured Creditors and Equity Shareholders of RIL. • Meetings are scheduled for Wednesday, August 05, 2026, with timings ranging from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm IST. • Meetings will be held at the registered office of the respective companies or via video conferencing. • NCLT has dispensed with the requirement to convene meetings of Equity Shareholders of RML and RGML. • The Scheme remains subject to applicable regulatory and other approvals.
