AVG LOGISTICS : PRESS RELEASE FOR Q4FY2025-26

AVG Logistics announces audited financial results for Q4 FY26 and FY26. For FY26, total income was ₹582.48 Cr, EBITDA ₹112.45 Cr, and PAT ₹26.17 Cr. For Q4 FY26, total income was ₹176.61 Cr, EBITDA ₹34.72 Cr, and PAT ₹10.71 Cr. EBITDA grew 45.21% YoY in Q4 FY26 to ₹34.72 Cr, with margin expanding 349 bps to 19.66%. PAT grew 104.78% YoY in Q4 FY26 to ₹10.71 Cr, with margin expanding 252 bps to 6.06%. Recent operational highlights include strengthening multimodal capabilities with entry into liquid logistics and expanding North India presence through strategic land acquisition. Driving sustainable logistics through strategic green partnership with Nestlé India and Ashok Leyland was also noted.
