• Elpro International Limited has acquired equity shares of Greaves Cotton Limited. • The disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations is attached as "Annexure A". • Greaves Cotton Limited is a diversified, multi-product, multi-fuel, and multi-location engineering company with a legacy of 165 years. • Acquisition cost is ₹5.00 Cr. • Fresh acquisition of 2,31,215 equity shares, with no previous holding. • Total holding post-acquisition is 2,31,215 equity shares.
