• Zydus Wellness International DMCC, UAE ("ZWID"), a wholly owned subsidiary, has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary in Dubai, UAE. • The subsidiary is named Zydus Wellness Trading L.L.C. ("ZWTL"). • Certificate of Incorporation for ZWTL was received on June 24, 2026, at 4:18 p.m. IST. • ZWTL has a share capital of AED 300,000, dividend into 300 shares of AED 1,000 each. • ZWTL's turnover is Nil as it is yet to commence operations. • The incorporation is not considered a related party transaction as ZWTL is newly incorporated. • The industry for ZWTL is Food and Nutrition, Nutraceuticals, and Personal Care. • The object of acquisition is business expansion.
