• The company has completed the sale and transfer of the balance ~26% of equity shareholding in Kohima-Mariani Transmission Limited (KMTL) to Apraava Energy Private Limited. • This divestment completes the transfer of the entire equity shareholding in KMTL. • The intimation of completion of necessary formalities was received on 25th June, 2026. • The company had previously sold ~48% stake in KMTL to Apraava.
