• National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has stayed the order passed by the National Law Tribunal (NCLT), Kolkata Bench dated 12 June 2026. • The company has deposited an amount of ₹91,98,556/- by way of demand draft in favour of Pay and Accounts Officer, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, New Delhi. • This deposit is for the full and final settlement of the claim of the operational creditor, Isitva Steel Private Limited. • The next date of hearing for the matter is on 29 June 2026. • The NCLAT order stays the NCLT order until the next date of listing.
