• The company, engaged in brokerage and commission services, facilitated a transaction with M/s Shun Shing India Pvt. Ltd. • The underlying transaction value was Rs. 60.00 Cr. • Magnus Steel earned Rs. 1.12 Cr in commission income, with total invoice value including GST at Rs. 1.32 Cr. • This income, recognized upon service rendering and invoice issuance, is expected to contribute to FY 2026-27 revenue.
