• Kunjal Mehta appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP). • Mr. Mehta is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience across power, steel, ports, technology and ITES sectors. • Prior to joining Jindal Stainless, he was CFO at Adani Energy Solutions Limited. • Tarun Kumar Khulbe relinquishes additional responsibility as CFO, continues as CEO & Whole-time Director. • PT Glory Metal Indonesia to be re-classified as an associate from July 1, 2026.
