• Board took on record the order of the Hon'ble NCLT dated 19 June 2026 approving the Scheme of Amalgamation between Quality Care India Limited and Aster DM Healthcare Limited. • Board fixed 9 July 2026 as the Record Date for determining entitlement of equity shareholders of Transferor Company. • Shareholders to receive 977 equity shares of Aster DM Healthcare for every 1000 equity shares held in the Transferor Company. • The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 12:00 PM (IST) and concluded at 03:00 PM (IST).
