VELAN HOTELS LIMITED : DELAY IN REGISTRATION OF SALE PROCESS

• Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. • Further to earlier disclosures regarding an Asset Sale Agreement and an Addendum, the Company granted an extension of time to M/s.J.P.Associates Asia Pacific Private Ltd for completion of sale process. • The survey numbers of the hotel property in the TSLR sketch were found to be incorrect. • The Company is in the process of rectifying these mistakes with government authorities. • This process is expected to be completed on or before June 30, 2026. • Registration of sale of hotel property is likely to happen in the first week of July 2026.
