LARSEN & TOUBRO : DIVESTMENT OF NABHA POWER LIMITED COMPLETED
• L&T PDL, a wholly owned subsidiary of L&T, has completed the divestment of 100% equity and convertible instruments in Nabha Power Limited (NPL) to Torrent Power Limited. • L&T PDL received a consideration of ₹3,632.35 crores. • NPL is no longer a subsidiary of L&T PDL and the Company.
