• RPSG Ventures has acquired 100% equity shareholding of Clarionix Healthcare Private Limited (CIN: U86100WB2026PTC288277) • Clarionix is a wholly-owned subsidiary, incorporated on May 20, 2026, with its main objects including medical care facilities • The acquisition is for a purchase consideration of ₹1 lakh, representing 10,000 equity shares of face value ₹10 each • The company aims to explore new business opportunities in the medical sector through this acquisition • The Board also approved a composite scheme of arrangement with Woodlands Multispeciality Hospital Limited • The proposed scheme involves amalgamation of WMHL with RPSG Ventures and transfer of hospital business on slump sale to RPSG WOS
