• Corporate guarantee approved for ₹50,00,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Crores Only) in favour of Axis Bank Limited. • Guarantee is for a loan to be availed by VICON Imperial (I) Private Limited. • VICON Imperial (I) Private Limited is a Group Company of Sayaji Group, with 51% shareholding by promoters of Sayaji Hotels Limited. • Transaction undertaken on an arm's length basis. • The guarantee will be a contingent liability of the Company to the extent of facilities availed by the Borrower. • Presently, there is no impact on the Company. • Further details shall be intimated as received from the Bank.
