• Magellannic Cloud approved preferential issue of 3,74,28,573 equity shares and 12,67,00,000 convertible warrants at ₹30 each (₹2 face value, ₹28 premium). • Total fundraising potential from equity shares is ₹112.29 Cr; from warrants, ₹380.10 Cr. • The company also approved the scheme of amalgamation of IVIS International Private Limited. • An Extra Ordinary General Meeting is scheduled for July 24, 2026.
