SMARTWORKS : ACQUIRES SINGAPORE-BASED WORKSTUDIO SPACES

• Smartworks to acquire Workstudio Spaces Pte. Ltd. through its subsidiary Smartworks Space Pte. Ltd. • Transaction expected to complete in July 2026, subject to approvals. • Upon completion, Smartworks' Singapore footprint to increase to ~76,000 sq. ft. and seating capacity over 1,500. • Acquisition aims to strengthen presence in Singapore's enterprise workspace market. • As of March 31, 2026, Smartworks had a footprint of ~16.1 million sq. ft. across 66 centres in 15 cities.
