• HCLTech has invested ₹1,427.25 crores in Axonwise Private Limited ("Sarvam AI") • The investment secured a 10.46% stake in Sarvam AI • The company subscribed to 41,421 Series B2 Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) • The aforesaid acquisition has been completed • These Series B2 CCPS will be converted into equity shares at a later date
