• Elpro International acquired equity shares of Greaves Cotton Limited. • The disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations is attached as "Annexure A". • Acquisition is for investment purpose. • Cost of acquisition is ₹5.00 Cr. • Elpro acquired 2,30,360 equity shares, increasing total holding to 4,61,575 shares. • Greaves Cotton Limited is a diversified, multi-product engineering company.
