KAISER CORPORATION LIMITED : RECEIVES COMMUNICATION FROM BSE REGARDING DRAFT SCHEME OF AMALGAMATION

• BSE has returned the draft scheme of amalgamation of Emazing Deals Limited with Kaiser Corporation Limited. • The scheme did not comply with SEBI Master Circular dated June 20, 2023, regarding shareholding of pre-scheme public shareholders and QIBs. • The requirement states that post-scheme shareholding of public shareholders and QIBs should not be less than 25% on a fully diluted basis. • Kaiser Corporation Limited is examining BSE's observations and will take appropriate steps with its advisors. • Further developments will be intimated to the stock exchange.
