• Scheme of Amalgamation approved by the Board of Directors. • Amalgamation of Krebs Biochemicals & Industries Limited (Transferor) with Ipca Laboratories Limited (Transferee). • Transaction is a related party transaction done at arm's length. • No cash consideration; 7 equity shares of Re. 1 each of Transferee Company for every 200 equity shares of Rs. 10 each in Transferor Company. • Appointed date for the scheme is 1st April, 2026.
