• NTPC (Mauritius) Energy Limited incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary in Mauritius on 26th June 2026 • Entity set up with capital of MUR 1 million (₹19.80 lakh) • Objective is to undertake development of Floating Solar Photovoltaic (FSPV) Project with Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and other power projects in Mauritius • Shares to be subscribed in cash; 100% shares held by NTPC Limited • Incorporation date: 26th June 2026
