Limited intend to enter into a strategic cooperation in printed circuit boards. • IL JIN Electronics operates its bare PCB business through its subsidiaries, with cooperation focussed on Ascent Circuits. • The cooperation will combine Schweizer's experience in automotive and industrial PCB applications with Ascent Circuits' manufacturing footprint in India. • It aims to create value for customers in European and US by strengthening supply-chain resilience and broadening sourcing options. • Partners will focus on selected standard automotive and industrial PCB applications and prepare a roadmap for more complex multilayer and HDI applications. • The cooperation reflects the increasing importance of diversified, reliable, and geopolitically resilient supply chains in the global electronics industry.
