• Mr. Niraj Chhaganraj Gemawat re-appointed as Managing Director for 5 years from June 29, 2026 to June 28, 2031. • Re-appointment subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. • Mr. Gemawat associated with the company since 2015 and has over 30 years of experience in business development and finance. • Mrs. Rachana Gemawat, Director, is related to Mr. Niraj Chhaganraj Gemawat as his spouse. • The company also reconstituted its Corporate Social Responsibility Committee w.e.f. June 27, 2026.
