• Ceinsys Tech's earlier disclosed Purchase Orders from TSecond Inc, USA, have been revised. • The changes involve bifurcation of a PO into separate domestic and international orders due to operational requirements in India. • The domestic PO is from T Second India Private Limited, Wholly Owned Subsidiary of T Second Inc, USA, for ₹22,77,74,191 (~$2.39M). • The international PO is from T Second Inc, USA, for ₹4,92,76,103 (~$0.52M). • The scope for the domestic PO includes NVME drives supply. • The scope for the international PO also includes NVME drives supply. • Total value of revised orders remains ₹30,06,28,063 ($3.16M). • All other terms, specifications, and conditions of the original POs remain unchanged.
