• Company received favourable order from Assistant Commissioner against show cause notices cumulatively amounting to ₹977.06 million • Notices were under Section 73 of Tamil Nadu SGST Act 2017 for April 2022-March 2023 and April 2023-March 2024 • Assistant Commissioner (Appeals) held that the company has no excessive input tax credit availment and has correctly availed eligible input tax credit • Demand of ₹977.06 million stands dismissed • Order for April 2022-March 2023 amounting to ₹2.06 million was received on 23rd June 2026, below threshold for disclosure
