• Approved sale of NPA and written-off loans to ARC as per SEBI listing regulations • Pool 1: Unsecured MFI Loans - 1,67,271 accounts, aggregate principal ₹507.42 Cr, reserve price ₹75.35 Cr, starting price ₹79.12 Cr • Pool 2: Unsecured MFI Loans - 47,168 accounts, aggregate principal ₹143.12 Cr, reserve price ₹20.04 Cr, starting price ₹21.04 Cr • Pool 3: Secured Commercial Vehicle & Construction Equipment Loans - 288 accounts, aggregate principal ₹76.29 Cr, reserve price ₹49.59 Cr, starting price ₹52.07 Cr • Sale terms include 100% cash upfront and security receipts with a minimum cash component • Releasing an Expression of Interest (EOI) advertisement
