VIKRAN ENGINEERING LIMITED : WINS RS 3517.98 CR ORDER

• Vikran Engineering Limited has accepted a Work Order from NOPL Solar Projects Private Limited (NOPL) for a 969 MW AC Solar Power Project. • The EPC contract is for Designing, Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Erection, Testing, and Commissioning on a Turnkey EPC Basis. • The total value of the Work Order is INR 3517.98 Crores, inclusive of GST. • The project involves development at multiple locations in the State of Maharashtra. • This order replaces a previous arrangement with Onix Renewable Limited, which stands mutually cancelled. • The change is due to restructuring of contractual arrangements following the Company's acquisition of 100% equity stake in NOPL.
