VIKRAN ENGINEERING LIMITED : WINS RS 3517.98 CR ORDER

• Vikran Engineering Limited accepted a work order from NOPL Solar Projects Private Limited (NOPL) for a 969 MW AC Solar Power Project. • The order is for Designing, Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning on a Turnkey EPC Basis, including Solar PV Modules and Inverters. • The total value of the work order is INR 3517.98 Crores, inclusive of GST. • This work order replaces a previous order with Onix Renewable Limited, of which INR 388.67 Crores had been executed and the balance INR 1,893.26 Crores stands cancelled. • The change is due to restructuring of contractual arrangements following the company's acquisition of 100% equity stake in NOPL.
