KOTHARI INDUSTRIAL CORPORATION LIMITED : RECEIVING OF ORDERS/CONTRACTS

• The company has received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) dated 27.06.2026 from Integral Coach Factory (ICF), Chennai, for a service contract. • The contract is for hiring of 3 Ton & 5 Ton forklift trucks with drivers, fuel and associated staff for movement of coach items in Furnishing Division Shops. • The contract value is ₹94,473,428.11 (Rupees Nine Crore Forty-Four Lakh Seventy-Three Thousand Four Hundred Twenty-Eight and Eleven Paise Only), approximately ₹9.45 Crore. • The contract is to be executed and completed within 580 days from the date of issuance of the LOA, i.e., 27 June 2026. • The contract does not fall within the ambit of related party transactions.
