• Ministry of Corporate Affairs approved incorporation of Whisperwind Renewable Private Limited ("WRPL") on June 27, 2026. • WRPL is a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) of Powerica Limited. • The subsidiary's main objects include setting up, development, and construction of renewable power projects, including wind and solar. • Powerica Limited has subscribed to 100% of WRPL's paid-up share capital, amounting to ₹25,00,000.
