PFC : APPROVES MERGER WITH REC LIMITED
• Board of Directors approved the scheme of merger by absorption of REC into PFC. • Merger is subject to requisite approvals from shareholders, creditors and regulatory authorities. • Share exchange ratio: 88 equity shares of PFC for every 100 equity shares of REC. • Advisors: Deloitte, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Ernst & Young, RBSA Valuation Advisors, SBI Capital Markets, Nuvama Wealth Management. • The merged entity will have an aggregate loan book of over ₹11 lakh crore.
