ALKEM LABORATORIES : ACQUISITION OF OCLUTECH HOLDING AG
• Alkem Medtech Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, intends to acquire at least 51% and up to 55% of Occlutech Holding AG. • This is in continuation of earlier intimations dated 13th February 2026 and 06th March 2026. • On 26th June 2026, Alkem Medtech executed a First Supplementary Agreement to Share Purchase Agreement. • A copy of this disclosure will be available on the Company's website.
