SUNDAE CAPITAL : INTERIM ORDER EXTENDED

This in continuation to our submission made on June 17, 2026, we are hereby submitting the following update on the matter. The matter was listed for hearing on June 18, 2026. Both the parties have completed their arguments. Accordingly, the matter stands concluded and reserved for further order. Further, the interim stay granted vide the earlier order dated February 11, 2026, has been extended until the further order.
