DIAMINES AND CHEMICALS : SIGNS BINDING TERM SHEET FOR LAND PURCHASE WORTH RS 40 CR
• Wholly owned subsidiary DACL Fine Chem Limited signed a binding term sheet with Kakinada SEZ Limited. • To purchase freehold industrial land of approx. 50 acres at Auro Industrial Park, Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. • Total consideration is ₹28 crore for Tranche 1 land and ₹12 crore for Tranche 2 land (subject to final measurement). • The binding term sheet is valid till June 30, 2027. • The land is intended for setting up a new chemical plant.
