• Mangal Electrical Industries Limited acquired industrial land for expansion of its manufacturing facilities and future business operations. • The asset acquired is Industrial Land at Revenue Village Parsarampura, Patwar Halka Sargoth, District Sikar, Rajasthan. • The land comprises Khasra No. 1148/1 and Khasra No. 1148/2, measuring 1.4315 Hectares. • The cost of acquisition was ₹8.00 Crore, excluding stamp duty, registration charges and other incidental expenses. • The transaction is a cash consideration and is not a related party transaction. • The acquisition will enable the company to augment its manufacturing capacity and facilitate future expansion.
