• The company has fixed Friday, July 03, 2026 as the record date for buyback of equity shares. • This is for determining the entitlement and names of shareholders eligible to participate in the buyback. • The buyback proposal is for up to 10,000,000 fully paid-up equity shares at a price of ₹180 per share. • Aggregate amount for buyback not exceeding ₹1,800 million (₹180 Cr).
