HINDWARE HOME INNOVATION : APPOINTS SHASHVAT SOMANY AS JOINT MANAGING DIRECTOR

• Shareholders approved the appointment of Mr. Shashvat Somany (DIN:10058462) as Joint Managing Director and designated Whole Time Key Managerial Personnel of Hindware Limited, the material subsidiary. • Effective date of appointment is 1st October, 2026. • He shall hold office for a period of 5 years from 1st October, 2026. • Mr. Somany is currently Non-Executive Director of Hindware Limited and Head of Strategy at Somany Impresa Group. • He holds an MBA in Tech & Analytics from London Business School and a BA from UCLA. • Mr. Shashvat Somany is son of Mr. Sandip Somany, Chairman and Managing Director of Hindware Limited.
