• Default in repayment of principal and interest amount for loans from Prudence ARC and Axis Bank. • Total outstanding borrowings from banks/financial institutions amount to ₹32.33 Crores. • Total indebtedness of the listed entity including short-term and long-term debt is ₹32.33 Crores. • The Company is under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process since December 16, 2022. • Defaults are in accordance with claims received from Secured Financial Creditors.
