• The Hon'ble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal ("Hon'ble NCLAT") has set aside the order of the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench. • The NCLAT order dated 29 June 2026 pertains to the application under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 against Vikram Solar Limited. • The original NCLT order, dated 12 June 2026 (made available on 18 June 2026), had admitted the application. • A copy of the NCLAT's written order will be made available by the company upon receipt.
